Camas Lilly Rose water Mineral Toner is made up of an exceptional blend of hydrating and astringent ingredients: Dead Sea salts, witch hazel and sweet-smelling rose water. The witch hazel extract in it is a derivative from the witch hazel plant’s bark and leaves.
